At Beauty4Pros, we’re committed to delivering your professional beauty, skincare, hair, and waxing products quickly and safely.
- - Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- - Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- - Domestic Shipping: We ship across the U.S., using trusted carriers such as USPS, and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- - International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
- - Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer easy returns and exchanges for eligible items.
- - Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- - Freight Forwarder Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
- - Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@beauty4pros.com. After your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.
- - Refunds: Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- - Exchanges: We currently do no offer exchanges.
- - Pack Your Return: Please safely pack the products in a shipping box or padded shipping envelope. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us via your local USPS Drop Box location. All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
