Cancelling your registration

• 14 days or more before the event starts: full refund.
• 7 to 13 days before the start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the start, or after it begins: non-refundable.

Request a cancellation from My registrations. We review requests within one business day and refund to your original payment method (PayPal or card); banks usually post it within 5–10 business days.

Can't make it? Transfer your ticket

You can transfer any ticket to a colleague up to 48 hours before the event from your account. The previous QR code is deactivated automatically.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Beauty4Pros cancels an event you'll receive a full refund, or you may choose a credit towards a future event. If we reschedule, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if you can't attend the new date you may request a full refund.

Online events

Access links are personal. Technical issues on your side (connection, device) are not grounds for a refund, but we'll do our best to help you join.
